I have had two favorite places, and Söderbergs bakery located at Telefonplan and formerly operated


This idea has been around a long time, but never materialized; a place where I can share with me and my food and bakskapande and give you the reader tips for both cooking and baking, but also about good bakeries and more. A blog with tips matin direction, in other words!
I have had two favorite places, and Söderbergs bakery located at Telefonplan and formerly operated by Mattias Wallmark and PO Chocolate driven by Per Olsson. Mattias sold Söderbergs last year and PO slammed the middle of last year semmelsäsong (still have not quite gotten over it yet). Together ice cream display they purchased and now operates Lundberg's patisserie in Gröndal and have long thought about going there but dull as it is, I have not had the energy. But now it semmeltider and it was time to pull themselves together and take the opportunity to take a walk in the weekend's spring weather. Do not know if you can say that Gröndal has a center, but it has at least one main street where, inter alia, Coop is and exactly where next Lundberg. ice cream display The decor is a bit old-fashioned cozy with a lot of delicious cakes and sandwiches (lucky that I knew I wanted ice cream display wafers, otherwise it would have been difficult to choose). Unlike Söderbergs you can also sit down and refreshments here. It's not as crowded as it was on the PO. Semla buns were just newly made when we got there and got this picture. Just now runs low water to. Because I wanted to go home when I had both a högrevsgryta and a oxkind to prepare so I took semla buns home to enjoy with a cup gokaffe. And just to open kartonglocket- ice cream display oh la la. Fine bun, marzipan overflowed a bit flippant, beautifully piped cream and sliced lid. Large Small But how tasted it? Bullen was awesome sound with perfect cardamom flavor, almond paste had crunch of nötbitar itself and had coarse ground cardamom seeds and the cream was perfect whipped. Almond paste was generous and not just a wimpy little bit as they entered. Same thing with the little semlan, where they had not skimped. Clearly the best semlan ice cream display I tasted in years. A visit to Lundberg's pastry shop is a must if we are still their semmeldrömmar and it is definitely worth the small detour ice cream display to Gröndal. I'll definitely ice cream display go there again and eat and maybe sneak it with something else good home!
