I have had two favorite places, and Söderbergs bakery located at Telefonplan and formerly operated


This idea has been around a long time, but never materialized; a place where I can share with me and my food and bakskapande and give you the reader tips for both cooking and baking, but also about good bakeries and more. A blog with tips matin direction, in other words!
I have had two favorite places, and Söderbergs bakery located at Telefonplan and formerly operated by Mattias Wallmark and PO Chocolate driven by Per Olsson. Mattias sold Söderbergs last year and PO slammed the middle of last year semmelsäsong (still have not quite gotten over it yet). Together ice cream display they purchased and now operates Lundberg's patisserie in Gröndal and have long thought about going there but dull as it is, I have not had the energy. But now it semmeltider and it was time to pull themselves together and take the opportunity to take a walk in the weekend's spring weather. Do not know if you can say that Gröndal has a center, but it has at least one main street where, inter alia, Coop is and exactly where next Lundberg. ice cream display The decor is a bit old-fashioned cozy with a lot of delicious cakes and sandwiches (lucky that I knew I wanted ice cream display wafers, otherwise it would have been difficult to choose). Unlike Söderbergs you can also sit down and refreshments here. It's not as crowded as it was on the PO. Semla buns were just newly made when we got there and got this picture. Just now runs low water to. Because I wanted to go home when I had both a högrevsgryta and a oxkind to prepare so I took semla buns home to enjoy with a cup gokaffe. And just to open kartonglocket- ice cream display oh la la. Fine bun, marzipan overflowed a bit flippant, beautifully piped cream and sliced lid. Large Small But how tasted it? Bullen was awesome sound with perfect cardamom flavor, almond paste had crunch of nötbitar itself and had coarse ground cardamom seeds and the cream was perfect whipped. Almond paste was generous and not just a wimpy little bit as they entered. Same thing with the little semlan, where they had not skimped. Clearly the best semlan ice cream display I tasted in years. A visit to Lundberg's pastry shop is a must if we are still their semmeldrömmar and it is definitely worth the small detour ice cream display to Gröndal. I'll definitely ice cream display go there again and eat and maybe sneak it with something else good home!

After a dinner at Inferno so we decided sandwich cake to skip dessert and instead find a late-night café inside the Stockholm before it was time for a long-awaited cinema. Evening Open cafes (which are open longer sandwich cake than the clock 19) is not quite easy to find, which is a little sad when it's just as nice to drink their coffee on the food and eat a little something sweet afterwards in an environment that is made for this, ie cafes. Here is the example Xoko profiled itself but it was for the evening unfortunately in the wrong neighborhood but I wish there was something like more in central Stockholm.
When we walked down Queen Street so we decided to stop at Hurtigs Confectionery, which are open until 21 anyway. This has of course for many years been a classic pastry quite recently received a facelift. Nowadays the premises any kind of crossover sandwich cake where you still have tried to preserve the Swedish café tradition while adding a touch of Ottoman Persian rugs, snirkligt fabric and huge mirrors. Anyway, sandwich cake it's something in the atmosphere that is missing. We can not put my finger on it but something more would be needed for it to feel more pleasant. The range is wide and although the pastries are homemade, it feels tempting to stand at the counter sandwich cake and the selection of pastries is not easy. Then we were relatively satisfied after dinner so I contented myself with a latte and a small gobit named Hurtigs sandwich cake special. The cake was slightly sweet but it has given me a plan prior to Christmas candy, sandwich cake which I will return to. T chose a bowl of vanilla yogurt and fresh berries that looked very inviting. Latte which was served in half-sized latte glass cost 37 SEK (!). In addition, the coffee was very bitter and it all tasted really is not good, a big disappointment in other words. Honorary sandwich cake shall be given to the servicemindade cafe staff who tried to appease a bunch of disgruntled customers with icy ice cream. Because I have read the earlier reviews online which criticizes Hurtigs for their poor customer service but now they have enough response to this criticism (or changed ownership ...) Hurtigs does not have its own page on the net but as a curiosity sandwich cake may be added that the Swedish Association knitting knitting In Stockholm, in collaboration with Mary yarn had their meetings at Hurtigs and I can think of is a nice event. / C

In and of itself is not wedding cakes either, as long as it's not even own wedding cake eating each time, unless one should remarry many times? In desperate need of a cream bun so asked some of the locals on where to go to eat cream cakes. The venue is thus in the middle of a shopping mall and this is both good and bad, I would say. Cosiness is not a huge stack, but I still think they made the best of it.
Semla of course went to buy and besides the classic, there was a variant called "vanlijsemla". The sweet thing about it was that the almond paste was replaced with vanilla ice cream. I thought it sounded good, but decided to try the classic version. Bullen was very airy and crispy, tasty and not dry which I enjoyed very much. Cream and almond paste, they had been very successful and the sometimes sharp taste of almond paste did not exist. A very good chops simply.
I think I see a trend that the cover of the semla getting smaller and smaller and should be a little neat cut. This is neat, but leads to gräddhögen is great and the result is cream all over your face. Now think certainly someone that I should eat with a spoon, but no ... so eating is not a cream bun. I agree with Jesper that rolls should be eaten without cutlery. This despite the fact that as a bearded person often usually have up to 25% of the cream left in his beard. The lid then becomes an invaluable tool for getting the cream to a workable height. But eating cream cakes with cutlery is so wrong on smth. manner.
I myself can also suffer from cream bun-abstinence, which is quite natural. My "favorite dealers" of buns I have not visited in a while but I'll do that and come back with a vengeance if they still stand up. Jesper March 7, 2011 at. 16:32

So it was Shrove Tuesday again. A cream bun slim down already for morning coffee. Yet another in the afternoon. Every year, when semla buns make a comeback in pastry shops, cafes and coffee room, starting my thoughts spinning around one of my childhood brighton argus sport heroes from books and films wonderful world. If he has not learned to pronounce the sound should therefore not be heard at all in his name. In that case, he would call himself Signature Tventon. And if he has a language disorder as a klusilering would all S replaced with T. Unless he started walking with a speech therapist ... and learned to express S in certain positions in words. "Racist caricatures" and "symbolic cannibalism". A pastry shop in southern Sweden gets tough criticism for a cake depicting a dark-skinned human face. "Chocolate happen to have that color," says the owner who did not want anything bad. - It is so clear that this is racist. This is a product of a Swedish whiteness that can not examine themselves and their racism, says Kitimbwa Sabuni, spokesperson for the African Swedish National Association, the Evening Post.
But - what I can see on the picture, there are both black and white cakes. Is the cakes even a mockery of white people? It's just the dark cakes which criticized. model display cabinets Nor do Kitimbwa Sabuni really model display cabinets explain what is racist with the cookies.

Hey hey! After I waved by Davy on Wednesday, I have tried to complete my thesis, and now today I'm finally done !!! Woho! Now I finally have the time to spend all my waking becky barker time to complete my term paper in Short Fiction, and also to complete my research.
