There is little wonderful stacy barker but good soup. Soups warm and cheer on cold winter days and understand a person by euphoria, harmony and moves at a good full. When I'm with numerous parties I do more often than not a soup of any kind. I made this tomato and basil soup of the day and the bar with this simple stacy barker bread always tastes great. stacy barker I tree coconut milk to all soups I do well it over the cream of soup making. Coconut milk gives a nice tropical flavor that I call especially much as it always seems to be a night in this blessed our country. But yes is good soup!
Tomato & basil soup 3 cloves garlic, pressed 2 tablespoons olive oil 800 g tomatoes in cans, chopped 400 g tomatoes in cans, whole 480 ml water 2 cubes chicken or vegetable stock 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tablespoon pepper 60 ml cream or 1 can coconut milk 3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped parmesan
Method Fry the garlic in olive oil over medium-high in a pot for about 1 minute. Beware burn the garlic. Add some chopped tomatoes and then whole tomatoes by squeezing them into the pot, one at a time. Let also the juice of tomatoes out. Put in a pot of water, power, salt, pepper and sugar. Let the soup simmer over medium-high for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in the coconut milk and the indoor / cream and basil. Put in a bowl and garnish with parmesan.
