Advanced Justice Through Expert Testimony | New Media Advocacy Project
In November 2013, partners us- Bureau BAI (BAI) and the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti (IJDH) - invites us to Haiti to produce a film which supports the use of expert testimony in court Haiti. The film primarily for judges, prosecutors, and lawyers but a universal message: expert testimony is very important for criminal proceedings, especially in cases of rape.
Judges are neither doctors nor psychologists or ballistic experts. But to judge the case based on the evidence from these sectors.
