I think it's better late than never for every year new journeymen and when it was my turn so I searched a lot on the internet for people who wrote about his apprentice but there was barely anything.
I had originally planned to write very detailed about what journeyman means and all subtests and maybe even a little history, but I simply do not have time. That is why I have been putting on this post so far. I will instead write three posts with lots of pictures: one of bagerigesällen, a special work and one of konditorigesällen. The theoretical exam I do not think we need to address ..
